Warranties are fixed for 10 years. If your warranty is transferred to a new tenant, the length of time is not reset or extended from this, e.g. if you take on a warranty that is 4 years old, your warranty will last for 6 more years.
Yes we do. Our finance options are bespoke to our customers and this can be discussed during your booked appointment with us.
Our Product Range
No – we specialise in uPVC products only, apart from our composite front door range.
uPVC is the strong and durable plastic used in our products.
There is no difference. PVCu and uPVC refers to the same exact material; the ‘u’ is just placed differently because of the way it’s pronounced in different languages in Europe.
It defines you how energy-efficient your products are. The rating system is based on a scale of A-G, with ‘A’ Rated being the most energy efficient.
As all of our products are bespoke and tailor made, the length of time will vary according to your requests. Below is a list of our products with their average wait times (from order to installation):
- Residential doors – 2-3 weeks
- Composite Doors – 3-4 weeks
- Patio doors – 3-4 weeks
- Bi-fold doors – 5 weeks
- Door Canopies – 3-4 weeks
- Conservatories – 4-6 weeks
- Windows – 2-3 weeks
- Flat roof – 2-3 weeks
- Fascias and Soffits – 1-2 weeks
- Porches – 3 weeks
We no longer use showrooms. An expert will visit your property with samples of the requested products.
All of our products are bespoke and therefore so is our service. As such we will meet your individual requirements, meaning meetings can last anywhere between half an hour and 3 hours. Let us know if you have any specific requirements and our sales team will endeavour to provide this for you.
Quotes are valid for 2 years from your first meeting, giving you the opportunity to peruse the market.
